The County currently owns a tract of land containing approximately 30 acres (Tax Map Parcel Number 21-01-083D) which has no road frontage nor deeded access. An adjoining property owner has offered to purchase the property for $80,000. A public hearing to consider the approval of the transfer of property to has been advertised.
In this regard authorization to execute such necessary documents is sought in order to effectuate closing on tract of land.
